Not Seeing Create Content!

Hello,

I have registered and logged in and as per MoonJuice's post of September 2010 in this thread, when I login and click upload themes, all I get is a page showing my stats etc. I do not see a 'Create Content' element in the top left of the screen, what I see is a block with my username ** See Screen Capture Attached **. Please can somebody help me overcome this problem?

The ability to add content is there again, we were working on some of the bugs.
