From now on, the file type that is required for a Windows 7 Theme submission will be *.Themepack only rather than *.zip.

I've recently found out after a bit of testing that Themepack files already have compression which makes adding another layer pointless. I hope this won't be an inconvenience to all the authors that are used to uploading zip files.
